We manufacture our buoys and booms to a high standard using only commercial grade flame retardant PVC coated materials. We use 610gsm material for general buoy manufacturing, however we can use 930gsm upon request however this is not really necessary for an inflatable buoy. All printed and custom branded buoys will be made using 610gsm material and printed with state of the art latex printing machines, meaning no harmful substances are used inside the manufacturing process.

Our buoys and booms are of course designed for buoyancy and are built with anchorage points in order for the buoys to hold position when in use. Inflatable booms will have anchorage points on either end to allow for connection to other booms, perfect for mapping out a swimming or boat racing course.
